Testers see jobs that fit their diary, with the extra driving worked out. The day before, the site manager confirms the plots are ready through a secure link, so nobody drives to a plot that isn't.
Results go in on site, offline if need be. Passes, fails and retests are all kept. The tester lodges with their scheme as now, then uploads the certificate and lodgement reference against the plot.

A tester who fails a plot honestly is doing the job right. Nothing in TestConnect rewards a pass.
A failed test is never deleted or overwritten. Corrections keep the earlier entry and need a reason, so the record holds up for building control.
A failed test never means a bad review. Not turning up, or being unhelpful, does. Testers rate site readiness too.
Each organisation's data is kept apart inside the database itself. Support staff can only look at your data if you allow it, and every access is logged.
Testers already raise invoices from completed jobs and get paid by bank transfer or by card. Next, connect your accounting package once: invoices for test work go across with the right customer, sales account and VAT code, and when a payment is reconciled in your accounts, TestConnect marks the invoice paid.

Yes. Invite your tester to a job, make them preferred for a site so they get first refusal, or keep booking through your assessor. If your tester isn't on TestConnect yet, it's free for them to join. The marketplace is there for when your usual people are busy.
If a tester hands a job back, the poster is told straight away, with the tester's reason, and the job reopens to other testers in the area: first to testers already passing, then more widely, step by step. If nobody has taken it after a day, the poster is told, with one tap to invite their usual testers, raise the fee or change the date.
No. We don't audit, certify or police anyone, and we don't lodge certificates. Testers lodge with their scheme as they do now, then upload the certificate and lodgement reference so the assessor and developer can see it against the plot.
Air tightness, sound and ventilation testers. Signing up needs only a name, email, business name, base postcode and the tests you do. Where a job needs a scheme, the tester adds their membership number, which is shown to the poster as self-declared; schemes remain responsible for checking competence.
For each marketplace job, TestConnect works out the cheapest place to fit it into the tester's day and shows the extra miles and minutes it adds. It uses the tester's private jobs to do this, but never shows them to anyone else.
No. Site managers get a secure link showing access details and plot status, and can confirm that plots are ready. They don't need to log in, and prices are never shown to them.
TestConnect is built and operated by Wilgenry Software Ltd, a UK software company. Wilgenry staff can't see organisations' private information: support access needs the organisation's permission, is time-limited and is recorded.
